Gay AF Yoga Retreat

A weekend in the mountains for gay and queer men

Join me for the first ever Gay AF Yoga Retreat! We’ll spend the weekend at Freebird Valley Collective, an amazing property about 90 minutes outside of Denver, from October 3-5, 2025.

This weekend is designed to give GBTQ men the opportunity to create deeper connections within our community and within ourselves using movement, breathwork, and nature. We’ll give ourselves the chance to slow down and talk to each other. We’ll do some yoga to get really grounded in out bodies. We’ll spend time outside outside and tune into the energy of the changing season. We’ll eat amazing meals while gathered in supportive community.

If you’ve been craving a moment to shake up your weekend routine, this is it.

To sign up, choose your room and bed type below! Please reach out with any questions.

One last note- the biggest thing I hear from the guys who come to Gay AF Yoga workshops is that they were nervous and almost didn’t show up, but they are always glad that they did. I get being nervous going into something unknown- to be honest, I’m nervous about this weekend too! But let’s jump in and see what magic can happen. See you in the mountains!

All the info you need to know

  • There are 5 shared bedrooms with different options for bed size. One bunkroom is available with 4 twin bunks. Two bedrooms have king size beds and twin beds. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and twin beds. The queen and king beds can be booked as a single or shared. If you choose shared, you will need to book individually and let me know you are sharing the bed.

If you want to come with a friend book twin beds in the same room! You can also shoot me a text so I know to put you in the same room.

  • We’ll have an amazing chef, Mackenzie Thomas, preparing food for us all weekend! She has worked all over the world on yachts and in private chef gigs. She’s also an absolute blast and I’m so excited to have her as the token woman of the weekend!

All meals are included and dietary needs can be accommodated. There will be no alcohol provided. This will be a dry weekend!

  • Plan to arrive around 4pm on Friday. That evening we’ll do some light movement, have dinner and then hang outside by the fire.

Saturday we’ll start with yoga before breakfast. We’ll go on an optional hike during the day. In the late afternoon we’ll do a breathwork ceremony and then take time to integrate and journal before gathering again at dinner.

Sunday we’ll do some more yoga before brunch and then go into our closing ceremony. Plan to leave by noon.
