Taking the first steps into creating a sustainable wellness plan for yourself can feel intimidating and overwhelming. Information comes at us from ads, influencers, and peers that may or may not be accurate.
Over our combined 15 years working in the fitness industry, we want to empower individuals to implement sustainable health and fitness plans and to make this information accessible to everyone. We have created a seminar based program that will give you the most up to date and accurate information available about exercise, nutrition, and the industry as a whole. At the end of this course you will be able to implement changes in your behavior that fit with your lifestyle and budget to design a successful and sustainable approach to your wellbeing. You’ll have the confidence that you have developed the best option for you without any second guessing.
We recognize that there is a significant financial barrier to working with a trainer or coach one-on-one, which is why we have built this program for groups of any size. We want to provide access to this information in a consumable format that won’t break the bank, and as a bonus, you’ll be surrounded by a community to help create accountability once you are on your own.
We work with groups of any size- corporate offsites, sororities, friends looking to workout together, nonprofits, mom’s groups- you name it! Our programming is customizable to your specific interests and needs so we will prioritize teaching you what is most applicable and valuable to your organization.
