


Move into Breath: A Yoga and Breathwork Experience
This two hour workshop will give you the opportunity to drop into your body through a grounding vinyasa practice before moving into a guided breathwork journey.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to help get energy moving when you feel stuck or stagnant. It can help shake off layers you no longer need or bring things to the surface that you have been avoiding. Used in tandem with yoga, this workshop provides a safe and grounded space for you to experience your individual journey while surrounded by community.
This workshop is open to all. Space is limited to 10 people.

What to bring: yoga mat, eye mask or washcloth, water, journal, comfortable clothes
