This two hour workshop will give you the opportunity to drop into your body through a grounding vinyasa practice before moving into a guided breathwork journey.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to help get energy moving when you feel stuck or stagnant. It can help shake off layers you no longer need or bring things to the surface that you have been avoiding. Used in tandem with yoga, this workshop provides a safe and grounded space for you to experience your individual journey while surrounded by community.

Where: The River- Five Points at 2590 Welton Street
What to bring: comfy clothes, water, journal, eye mask or washcloth to place over your eyes during breathwork, yoga mat (if you have one)
